Where do I even begin? 🥹

From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, even when the wedding still felt so far away, our planner - Jessica Maureen, was always incredibly responsive. No matter how big or small the question was, she was always there to help, which gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process.

She is honestly a magician. Every last-minute request we threw at her somehow became possible. We still have no idea how she managed to pull everything off, but somehow she always did! 😂

What impressed us the most was how proactive and on the ball she was. She constantly went above and beyond what we expected from a wedding planner. She wasn’t just waiting for instructions—she was always three steps ahead, making sure every little detail was taken care of before we even thought about it. At this point, I genuinely think she deserves a pay raise (or at least a bonus 😂). That level of dedication is priceless.

We are so, so grateful to have had her as our planner. Looking back, we genuinely can’t imagine going through this journey without her.

Also, I would like to give a huge shoutout to the amazing crew on our wedding day—Echa, Evi, EL, Bayu, Alicia, Esy, and the rest. They took such wonderful care of us, our families, and our guests, making sure everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding because we knew we were in such capable hands.

Overall, our experience with Varawedding was nothing short of perfect. Their service is truly top-notch. What really sets them apart is how proactive they are—they don’t wait to be asked. They simply notice what needs to be done and quietly get it done. It’s those little things that made us feel so well taken care of.
