My wife and I live in Jakarta, while our wedding was held in Bali. At first, we thought it would be complicated and that we would have to go back and forth between Jakarta and Bali. Turns out — everything was handled perfectly by Billy and the Vara Wedding team.

Even while we were still in Jakarta, we felt completely relaxed about the wedding preparations because Billy and his team took care of absolutely everything. We initially thought we would need to fly to Bali several times, but surprisingly, we didn’t go to Bali at all before the wedding day. All meetings were done online, and everything went smoothly.

Billy truly understands what my wife wanted. Not many people can visualize ideas just from conversations and then communicate them clearly to vendors — but Billy did it flawlessly, exactly according to our vision.

From planning until the wedding day, we honestly didn’t have to worry about anything. We even had time to enjoy Bali the day before the wedding 😆 Suddenly, the wedding was over — and everything went perfectly smooth! The event ran seamlessly from start to finish, and our family and guests were all very happy.

What impressed us even more was after the wedding, during our after party. We were not allowed to drive on our own. Without us even asking, Billy took the initiative to make sure we were safe. He initially even offered to drive us himself, and in the end, we went to the after party together with Billy, driven by Vara Wedding’s driver. Our after party lasted until early morning, and this level of care truly meant a lot to us.

Hands down, the BEST WEDDING VENDOR we could have asked for. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend Billy and the Vara Wedding team to everyone. Don’t forget to request Billy as your wedding planner! 🫣
