We worked with Kyeirana from the Vara Wedding team for a full year to bring our dream wedding to life, and she exceeded every expectation. <3

From the very first video call (even before we officially chose them), Kye showed genuine commitment and experience, walking us through the process and helping us think about details we hadn’t even considered.

Our wedding wasn’t exactly traditional in terms of the agenda, and it mixed both our cultures together, but Kye always encouraged us to do what felt right for us (even when it meant more work for her, haha!) With her experience in weddings of different cultures and guidance from Christina, she helped us fill in the gaps, offered thoughtful ideas, and elevated our vision so beautifully.

In the stressful days leading up to the wedding, Kye constantly checked in, took on extra work so we could rest, and ensured every detail was in place. She’s incredibly thorough, organised, and communicative, helping us to always know what to expect and what needed to be done.

What we appreciated most is that Kye isn’t an enabler. She’s honest. When our ideas stretched beyond our budget, she grounded us, but also offered realistic alternatives that still fit our vision.

On the wedding day itself, Kye and her team were flawless (also huge shoutout to Pinky, Suriya, Christina, and the rest of the team!). They handled everything quietly and efficiently so we could just enjoy the moment. If there were any hiccups, we never even noticed them! Our families & bridal party even commented on how professional and amazing the VW team was.
