My husband Jose and I got married in Bali on the 5th of April 2025, and choosing VARA Wedding as our wedding planner was hands down one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely magical.

Living in Australia, planning a destination wedding could have been overwhelming, but the VARA team – especially Jessica – went above and beyond in every possible way. We didn’t want a traditional wedding; we were after an experience – something that felt uniquely us, and they completely delivered.

Finding the perfect venue took time, but not once did we feel rushed or like we were asking too much. Jessica was endlessly patient, kind, and professional – always available on WhatsApp, and if she was tied up with another wedding, she would still message to keep us updated. That level of care made us feel so supported and valued throughout the entire planning process.

The organisation on the day was flawless. Every little detail had been thought of. The decoration was beyond anything we had imagined – truly breathtaking. Our guests were so well looked after, and we felt incredibly relaxed and able to enjoy every moment because we knew we were in the best hands.

The makeup artists recommended by VARA were top-tier professionals. They looked after not only me but also our families – travelling to multiple hotels to accommodate us, and every single person commented on how fantastic they were.

As an international couple – I’m German and José is Colombian – both living in Australia, we do have high standards, and VARA met every single one. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional. They stayed with us not just for the day, but until the very end of the wedding, making sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was happy.
