Choosing Vara Wedding as our wedding planner was the BEST decision we made for our special day! From the very first interview with Carlin, our planner, we knew we were in the best hands. My husband and I were planning our wedding all the way from Germany, and Carlin’s support from day one made the entire process so much easier.

Like any couple, we had a vision of a beautiful wedding within our budget. Despite our many requests, preferences, and boundaries, Carlin worked tirelessly to ensure everything aligned with what we wanted. She presented us with the best options and always made us confident in our decisions.

Since we couldn’t visit the venue ourselves, Carlin went there and filming every little detail for us, she made sure that we stayed connected to the process. Working with her felt like working with a dear friend who genuinely cared about us and wanted nothing but the best for our wedding. Not once did she make us feel unheard or neglected.

On the wedding day, we can see how professional the entire vara wedding teams are! everything went so smoothly and organized that by the end of the day, what we heard only compliments from our guests.

My father broke his glasses, and the team fixed them; my father-in-law forgot his belt, and they immediately got a replacement. We didn’t even know about these things until the day after! Vara Wedding team made sure we, as the bride and groom, didn’t have to worry about a single thing!

my husband and I felt l like a king and queen for a day! Now, when we look back at our wedding, it’s not just the beautiful moments we remember but also Carlin and the entire Vara Wedding team, who made it all possible :)
