Where to begin… the best decision we made was to hire Varawedding as our wedding planner. I had dreamt of Bali as our destination wedding location but since we live in Canada, it was extremely difficult for us to plan. We found Varawedding through a friend’s recommendation and it couldn’t have been more perfect.

From the beginning, our wedding planner Carlin was always responsive, patient and just the sweetest person. I did the whole planning from beginning to end entirely online and she travelled around Bali to find the perfect location for us and handled all the vendors, from contact to payment to logistics. Without her, it would have been impossible for us to plan this. I am usually very organized and have high standards but Carlin and the Varawedding team exceeded all my expectations😝. It was super easy to communicate through WhatsApp.

On the wedding day itself, we could relax and actually enjoy the time with our friends and be present. We had a dedicated bridal helper, groom helper and family helper that led us through the whole process and it went all super smooth. They stayed till the end, were super attentive and just amazing. My bridal helper Ary was also super good. My wedding dress was loose on the day and she quickly helped to sew my dress tighter 🫢 there was even a social media manager who helped to capture everything on her phone and made Reels for us.

All in all, the whole team was super good, very professional and just super nice. I’d give 10000 stars if I could.
