I was planning to hold my wedding in Bali, so I googled for wedding planners. Varawedding was amongst the wedding planners with excellent reviews that popped out. I contacted three of them and arranged for video calls with them. When it came to decision making, it was a no brainer. I chose varawedding because they gave me confidence in what they do. The quote provided was also very competitive. Also, we flew into Bali to view wedding venues and they were very patient with us, bringing us to multiple venues, without any obligation. They were able to understand the dream wedding that my wife and myself were looking for. The vibe, the budget, decor, planning. Everything was really fuss free, and they made our life’s so much easier.

We were very fussy and picky customers… we wanted things like the welcome gift for us, additional caterers to provide variety for the guests, additional decor that required a lot of additional work for them. Not only did they not feel obligated, they are always able to respond to us with ideas and templates within a reasonably short time.

With their wealth of experience and reliable vendors that they established relationships with prior, you need not worry about the wedding not meeting expectations.
Special mention to Carlin Patricia. She was the chief planner whom handled my wedding planning solely. Very patient, friendly, helpful, efficient. We were in very good hands. Most importantly, she is very responsible and accommodating, to our endless request and needs. We couldn’t have done this without her and her team.
