I started planning my dream Bali wedding in 2020 with Varawedding planner Astini and unfortunately due to Covid, I was unable to have my wedding in Bali until 2023. With the help of Astini and Varawedding, I had my dream Bali wedding come true and the day was absolutely perfect and beyond what I imagined - all thanks to the Varawedding team. It's been 2 weeks since the wedding and I am still in shock of the level of professionalism and competency displayed by the team and I truly owe it to them for making my dream wedding come true.

Due to COVID, my wedding planning process was very much extended (over 2 years). During this period, Astini had always been extremely helpful and helped me with multiple date changes with the vendor. Even though I lived in Canada with the time difference, I was always able to get in touch with Astini (even on her days off!). She was extremely approachable and easy to talk to. I had actually never met her throughout the planning process as we only communicated through WhatsApp. Everything I had asked Astini to do or check, she would do so right away and I almost always hear back the next day. She was extremely reliable and responsive, I never had to worry. I appreciate that she always tries her best to accommodate all my requests no matter big or small. When I finally met her in person, she was so warm and lovely! I really felt lucky to have her as my wedding planner.

When I arrived in Bali, Varawedding organized a technical meeting as well as a rehearsal at the venue so that I was completely ready for the big day. I really appreciated this as it was the first time I met some of the vendors as well (being an overseas Bride) and going through the wedding rundown again made me less nervous. Astini and her team accommodated last minute requests and changes that I had.

On the big day, I was actually shocked at how professional and well prepared the team was. I had a personal bride assistant, Ari, who is the sweetest and nicest assistant ever (I really liked her!) and she made me feel calm throughout the day. My family also kept complimenting at their assistants (one assistant for the Bride and Groom's family) who were also able to speak Chinese(!). My now husband was also extremely impressed with his Groom's assistant Adam, who was so kind and helpful. We felt that the varawedding team was so on top of everything, I was able to really relax and enjoy the wedding day and let them handle all the tasks and timelines. They were very much involved in running the wedding such that they'd give us suggestions throughout the day (e.g. if we're behind on time, where to take photos, etc.) The wedding day went extremely smoothly because of their professionalism and the extremely organized and well-prepared Varawedding team. They stayed until the very end of the day (bless them, it was 12+ hours) and did all the clean up, gathering everything to bring back to our rooms for us, so that we could enjoy the night til the very end without worrying about ANYTHING at all!

Lastly, I must comment at how nice the entire Varawedding team was. Always smiling and ready to help, and no request was too big for them. They were just amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. I will recommend them to everyone planning a wedding in Bali and with all my heart, I owe it to them for my amazing wedding day!
